Have a salt water plaster pool that appears to have a quarter size hole in it (at the bottom) with what looks like a liner behind it. Looking for thoughts and recommendations on fixing the hole such as products/brand to fix and any steps to take. Pool is not empty, has water in it.

If I would replace all my PVC plumbing with flex hose, would my water flow increase due to no 90 degree bends?

Yes. Swg was off for the entire process. Finish all process in Thursday. Clear water, cc less than 0.5 or 0 and fc hold overnight.

I do have a swg pool. I will keep it at 6.

I am done with the shock and now I am waiting for the fc level to come down to 5. Than I will do the test.

What test is accurate when FC is at 23?

Does this apply to IG pool? Full rated is better than uprated?

Thank you for the info. I just finish my shocking process on Wednesday and I will start adjusting the water chemistry. Should I test my tap water to get a base reading? What kind of test do I need? TA?
