    It is the plug on the left side of the clear tube if you are looking at it from the front. You should be able to see a copper block inside the tube that it is connected to. Just unscrew the black ring and unplug it and of course just screw the black ring on and you are good to go.

    I have been adding bleach as you described to get it above 3ppm in the evenings but sometimes let it work alone to see what level it is working at.

    This is good advice, I read a lot of the comments on Amazon before I purchased the unit and this was one of the most given advice, to wait at least 24 hours after adding salt before turning on. If you just added the salt and turned it on, I bet this is your issue :)

    I hope the CYA will help, added some earlier this week so waiting till next week to test. I have slowly been rising the time and testing, started at 4 as per the manual and been at 7 last 2 weeks. 7 Hours had me consistenly at 1.5 ppm.

    Larry, Sounds like you may have a problem with your Intex SWG. I have the same model and it gave me the same error about 3 weeks after installing it. If you search in this forum or google the Code 91 error you will find it to be a pretty common problem with their units. Lukily you stopped...
