    I think the old main drain? Same filter just new cartridge No pics unfortunately but didnt work then either so

    Tried everything. Had an air hammer go through. New chlorinator. Same problem no flow. Old pump was same size/hp/whatever Filter gauge does not move One speed only

    Its not a clog. Like I said, i can feel water rushing into the filter. Plus the pump is only a few days old! Pump isn’t even suctioning at this point :(

    However. All pipes are 1.5”. The pipes out of the filter are 2”. Then 2” into and out of chlorinator then switch back to 1.5”

    Its a Dohenys 1 HP. Dont judge me for the off brand, we just replaced it because for cheap because I really didn’t think our old pump was the issue

    also there are no valves to speak of. Only one intake, main drain was abandoned by previous owners.
