Heavy rain in Texas - low TA

TFP pool testing kit. I don’t remember the model number. TFP-100? Yes, I start to see it getting red, but I add drops until it stays the same shade of that bright red.

Heavy rain in Texas - low TA

I was very surprised to see my total alkalinity down to 40. A little research said heavy rains can lower alkalinity. We’ve definitely had that in my area. Do you see any reason to add baking soda to bring it up to 60 or so? Results below

Picked my finish - Stonescapes Mini Pebble Tropics Blue

I definitely like the tropics blue over some of the lighter ones that the PB was pushing, I do think going backwards I would probably investigate the pebble Tec brand a little bit more simply due to the idea of what’s required of the installers. we also have a fairly shallow pool so I probably...

Pipe damage at heater...can I fix this

The Jandy valve I had to take the screw off the top slide the valve up a little bit to get it in that off position for the heater. Looks good just never messed with this stuff. Thanks in...

Pipe damage at heater...can I fix this

Well here is the damage. I thought I got away unscathed, I didn’t. It’s these pipes going into the heater, is this a pool company repair....or can I do it. Is this a heater replacement or do they sell these pipes separately? TIA TFP
