I just started the conversion to chlorine using bleach. I tested for ph as noted in conversion process and ph was 7.5, then just added my first 420 ounces of chlorine bleach. Pool was clear on start. Noticed a slight green tint when bleach added. I have read about the changing colors, so just wondering what to expect next.

Could be lots of colors and gunky stuff. Some conversions aren't that dramatic, but .........take pics!

You're done shocking when:
1)You lose 1ppm or less FC overnight, & 2)You have .5ppm CC's or less, & 3)your water is clear.
