Joking aside, does anyone other than me have a hard time reading the lamotte borate test strips? The edges are lighter and the middle is darker and to my eye it could be 30, 50, or 80.
Any hints?

Any hints? I'm pretty good at colors but I do think the strips can be hard to read especially in bright sunlight or after dusk. I step just into some shade right on the edge of shade/sun to read the strip. It might be good to have a second or third person to confirm what you are matching until you get more acquainted with the slight variations. gg=alice

It really does sparkle by the way. I was looking for the post that said the site admins have to pay out $$$ to anyone who adds borates and says it DOESN'T sparkle, but I would have to lie.
