 Post subject: Is this yellow algae...?

Or something else?

It doesn't seem gritty. When it first appeared, water was cloudy/green and I shocked the pool to the right chlorine levels given my CYA. Water has been clear since.

But it keeps coming back. Pretty baffled here.
