Closing our pool this week and instead of using the "winter kit" we normal get, we were going to put in Clorax and the anti algae. How much Clorox is normally used for closing a 13000 gal AGP?

36-48 hours before you plan on closing the pool add the algicide (polyquat is what is recommended) to the water and bring your pool up to shock level using the pool calculator to determine the amount of chlorine you need to add depending on your CYA levels. Allow the chlorine level to drop to half of the shock level and button it up.

Tebpac,
Have you found the "pool calculator" yet to help you with your dosages? Post back if you have questions.
