.It heats good then lets say it will go from 102 down to 95 before the heat will come again. ant ideas?

Sound like you have it in economy mode as opposed to standard mode.

thanks Scott I did have it in economy mode I bought the tub used and cant get an owners manual it is an essential spa I will try your advice thanks again ,Im in propane if I can be any help. KGO
