Several months ago I added too much salt and have had the salt level at 3900 PPM. I've noticed my FC level unusually higher this year at 7.5 Is the efficiency of a SWG affected by the salt level?

AutoPilot units are not affected by the salt level unless it is too low and produce the same amount of chlorine regardless. Note, that isn't true for some other brands.
The higher FC level must be because of something else.
