just hooked up spa pack and the heater wont shut off and it wont stop cycleing I have a pinnacle spa pack hooked up to a blue ridge spa if anyone can help i would love the help

What mode is it in? Normal or Economy/Timed
Is it within 20 degrees of normal temperature?

it is in timed mode and i have the temp dial turned off

the pack is the one that came with the spa and it does have top side controls
|
