I have changed this area to include builder reviews. Let's face it, this is an industry where there are a lot of sharks in the water. Hopefully better consumer legislation will give buyers more protections, but in the meantime, we can help look out for one another. By making objective reviews, we can help each other find or avoid builders based on our own experiences.

A couple of guidlines. Be objective, and respectful. If you got ripped off, just give us the details and we'll be able to make our own determination. Remember that per the user agreement, you are responsible for any comments you make here. We will try to make sure the content is not slanderous, but ultimately, that is your sole responsibility.

If someone posts comments about a builder, product etc, the owner or representative for that company will be given an opportunity to respond, also in a respectful manner. Any further discussions between the two parties must take place off-line and not here in the forum.
