i'm really sorry to see this pool season come to an end. truly trouble free, just needed a few weeks to adjust to the chemical demands. now on to closing. i've read the posts and closing looks fairly straight foward and simple. just wondering what your thoughts were pertaining to ProTeam Supreme Plus in addition to the chlorine, algecide, etc. procedure. thanks all for a great pool season.

ProTeam Supreme Plus (or not plus) is borates, which can be purchased for much less if you go with generics instead of brand names. Many people like having borates in their water, however borates make very little difference over the winter.
