Everything looks great! I love the rolled edge on the spa. It's so pretty, plus I'm sure it will be more comfortable to lean against. I bet you're very pleased.

Today is my most looked forward to favorite day! Paving company is here to add the pavers! They finished kitchen base Saturday. Today is clean and prep and paving company thinks mid afternoon tomorrow we begin to have a deck.

LOL I LOVE the mud! Mudding ON! My off-road motorcycle is light enough that IF I do get stuck in the mud I can lift it out of the mud on my own! I have won many a mud race because of that! FUN TIMES!

I say dark for the contrast--------hey drunk person you are coming close to the pool now! You might want to stop walking!
It is not so dark as to really bother your feet in the sun.

Just looking at the pavers themselves, I prefer the light. But sometimes contrast between the coping and decking is nice, and the light is pretty close to your coping color. Do you want a uniform look or contrast? Also, lighter may be cooler. Is deck temperature an issue for you?

I think we want it cooler I have sensitive feet from all the mudding I do (not).
The PB and I both prefer the darker, he's shown photos with the contrast, but the wife and boy like the lighter. I like the lighter too just looking at it but might like the contrast.
So I've asked the PB to do one half with light and the other half with dark and we'll decide - then they can pull the side we don't and replace. Problem solved!

I'm sure he'll accommodate the half-half plan -- not! I like the lighter trav, fwiw, and I recommend you go with what your wife wants!!
Thanks Helen, of course not... we are going with the lighter one. I like it too and as far as having contrast for drunk person we don't have to worry about any drunks except moi and since I'm Irish descent it's actually impossible for me to be drunk and even if I fell in I've been swimming like a fish since a wee lad.

I think this is my new favorite pool, the grotto is outstanding, and how genius is the rolled back for the spa. That is a game changer in my opinion. Had I seen this before a spa might have been added to my pool Also the heaters are amazing, I might add them under our deck once we have the gutter system done in the roof. Love it! Great job can't wait until the final pictures are up.
