 Post subject: Electrical carnage!

I had the main breaker panel to our house replaced yesterday due to ongoing problems with it. Now I know why it had been acting up over the past few months! Glad we did this before there was a fire. Check out the burnt buss bars

Thanks for the link! My old panel was original to the house, which was built in '74, so it doesn't look like it's covered :cry: I'm going to do some more research, though. It would be nice to get some money back, the replacement wasn't cheap!
