I have a curved wall being incorporated into my build. For this do I snip the sidewalls of the track every couple inches to make it flexible? Is there a better solution?

Can you elaborate a bit more.
I don't understand what "snip the sidewalls of the track" means.

Is it just a retaining wall that you are building? How high is it?

I think he means making relief cuts in the track in order to curve it.

But what type of track? Filling this with concrete or stones or another material?

Sorry to be so vague. I am building the outdoor kitchen out of 25 gauge steel studs. There will be 25 gauge steel track on the ground to support the studs. A portion of the outdoor kitchen is curved and I amntrying to determine the best way to construct this portion of the kitchen.

Correct in making relief cuts. Is this ideal?

Did you post the same question on the BBQ Source forums?

There are a couple companies that make flexible track:

or this

It is much more expensive than cutting a standard track.
