Should I do anything with the TA and Ph before closing (plaster pool with plaster in bad shape)? Thanks!

Those all look reasonable, I don't see anything that needs adjustment before closing. Long term you might want to raise the CH level a little, but is better left until spring.

Thanks Jason! Looks like I'll be busy today. I did add 8 lbs of baking soda and the TA is already up to 90. Appreciate the quick response!
