I have a fiberglass play pool 14000 gallons. My hardness level is 1000. How can I lower it?

Drain and refill, if your local water source doesn't already have a high CH. Measure the CH of your tap water!

When you refer to "hardness", are you meaning calcium hardness specifically or is this a total hardness reading? Secondly, what test kit did you use to determine you reading?
