We have an old Autopilot LS1000 system that the temperature indicator is red, which is definitely wrong. So we bought a new Tri-Sensor part, but the end plug is not compatible with our circuit board. We would just splice wires & connect, but old cable wires are 3 black, 3 red .. new are white, blue, orange, red, green, black. Does any one have any good documentation on function of each wire going into the LS1000 circuit board top to bottom and the function of each color on the new sensor cable?

Top to Bottom on the Tri-sensor cord (there is no polarity preference): Red White : FLOW SWITCH
Brown Green: Salinity
Black Blue: Temperature
