Hey, was looking at the parts that came in the box and had a question about the return eyeball. Did you set it in with the wider hole inside then screw on the little threaded ring? If so, is the eyeball suppossed to loosely spin around? I haven't figured out to make the position of the eyeball stay put for aiming it. Any help welcome.
