Hello,
How can I tell if this thing is working? My set-up:
Run the pump on low 24hrs.
Set the Aquatrol@30% output. It seems to "cycle" on for awhile (I can see the bubble coming out of the return), and then cycles off ( no bubbles). I haven't actually seen it cycle back on. Is this normal? When you dial the percantage lower than 100, does it cycle on and off?
Thanks!

That's right; the percentage you set is the percentage of the time the unit runs. So at 30%, it would run for 3 minutes of every 10, or 18 minutes per hour, however it may be divided up. If you sat there and watched it long enough, you'd see bubbles again.
