I have a question about adding stuff like bleach, ma, etc, stuff that you add in front of a return jet. I have a booster pump that is used for a polaris cleaner. When I unhook it, and just turn it off it has a very strong stream. It is located in the middle of the pool. Is it ok to use this to pour the chemicals in front of knowing it always has a very strong stream or is it too much. I never have to worry about it not having a strong stream since it is such a short run.

Thanks.

Any good sized jet of water will work. The purpose of pouring it in front of a return is that it gets mixed fairly quickly.

You have passed the OCLT when: 1)You lose 1ppm or less FC overnight, & 2)You have .5ppm CC's or less, & 3)your water is clear.
