I have finished the start up new plaster procedure and added the recommended amount of salt which dissolved more quickly than I expected. I tested the water and have 3,400 ppm salt. I read that the SWG should stay off for 24 hours, is that necessary or can I turn it on?

Let it circulate, just as they suggest. It takes a little while for the salt to be evenly distributed.

Ok I will wait the 24 hours. I am just eager to get it going. Tomorrow will be here soon. Thank you.
