Does anyone know what the freezing temp of Muriatic Acid is? Or, in my case the acid in my Acid Feeder tank is 1/2 Muriatic Acid (31.45%) and 1/2 Water. I plan on removing the system when we get deeper into Winter, but we typically don't get any really cold (relative, I know) temps here in the DFW area until after Christmas. For now I was hoping I could leave it on and running for a while, but we do get some barely freezing night time temps now. My pool pump does run anytime the air temp drops below 33 but the acid pump may/may not run depending on the acid demand, so I'm wondering if I need to worry about it freezing.
